Ingredients
  • 2 c penne
  • 1 c cauliflower pieces
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • Dash salt, pepper, dill weed
  • 2 hardboiled eggs, chopped
  • ⅓ c mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
Steps
  1. Cook penne for 12 min. During last 5 min add cauliflower pieces on top of penne. Drain and rinse in ice water. Drain and place in large bowl. Add tuna, spices and eggs. In separate bowl, mix remaining ing’s; pour this over salad and mix gently. Chill before serving.
