Ingredients
- subheading: Dry ingredients:
- ¾ cup crushed pork rinds or ½ cup pork rinds plus ¼ cup almond flour
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Pinch of salt
- Can add ½ teaspoon of garlic powder or crushed fresh garlic to your liking
- subheading: Wet ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons of water
- 3 whole eggs
- 2 Heaping Tablespoons of mayonnaise
- 2 thin slices of fresh onion diced small
- Marshalls everything bagel seasoning to sprinkle on top
Steps
- Mix all wet ingredients except the everything seasoning.
- Then mix all wet ingredients into dry
- Add in the diced onion. Mix well.
- Pour ¼ cup batter into a mini waffle maker and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Cook till steam stops.
- Continue till batter is gone.
Notes
- breakfast sandwich: put slice of cheese on top of one waffle. Top with fried egg. Then top with sausage, bacon, or ham. Add another waffle to top.
- Can use these for any othe sandwich you prefer.
- If you want this to be carnivore, omit the onion and add 2 or 3 T. Small dice cooked bacon.
- OVEN BAKE ....350 degrees till golden. I mixed 1 ½ of this batch to make 4 muffin top buns. Bake 20 minutes then turn the oven off and let sit in the oven with the door closed for another 5 minutes.
