BEST Chaffle Waffles

Ingredients
  • subheading: Dry ingredients:
  • ¾ cup crushed pork rinds or ½ cup pork rinds plus ¼ cup almond flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Can add ½ teaspoon of garlic powder or crushed fresh garlic to your liking
  • subheading: Wet ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons of water
  • 3 whole eggs
  • 2 Heaping Tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • 2 thin slices of fresh onion diced small
  • Marshalls everything bagel seasoning to sprinkle on top
Steps
  1. Mix all wet ingredients except the everything seasoning.
  2. Then mix all wet ingredients into dry
  3. Add in the diced onion. Mix well.
  4. Pour ¼ cup batter into a mini waffle maker and sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning. Cook till steam stops.
  5. Continue till batter is gone.
Notes
  • breakfast sandwich: put slice of cheese on top of one waffle. Top with fried egg. Then top with sausage, bacon, or ham. Add another waffle to top.
  • Can use these for any othe sandwich you prefer.
  • If you want this to be carnivore, omit the onion and add 2 or 3 T. Small dice cooked bacon.
  • OVEN BAKE ....350 degrees till golden. I mixed 1 ½ of this batch to make 4 muffin top buns. Bake 20 minutes then turn the oven off and let sit in the oven with the door closed for another 5 minutes.
