  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin coconut oil (or butter)
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • ⅓ cup ricotta cheese (or cream cheese)
  • 4 Tbsp TH Super Sweet Blend (4 to 5 Tbsp) (or rounded ½ to ¾ tsp. THM Pure Stevia Extract Powder)
