  • ¼ tsp. mustard powder

  • 1 tbsp. vegetable broth
  • 1 tsp. rice wine or white wine vinegar
  • juice of ½ a lemon

  • 5 to 6 small red potatoes, diced
  • ½ cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tbsp. soy sauce
  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • juice of ½ a lemon
  • ¼ tsp. dried dill weed
  • lemon zest from 1 lemon
  • salt and pepper to taste
