Chicken and potatoes
Instant pot
Ingredients
  • Put 1 cup liquid in the bottom of your pot (water or chicken broth), put the rack in.  Season your chicken and place it on the rack. Put a steamer basket (or a "bowl" you've made out of aluminum foil) on top of the chicken and place the cut and seasoned potatoes into the basket.  Lid on, knob set to sealing. High pressure for 10 minutes, NPR (natural pressure release, could take 15 to 20 min).

  • The potatoes could be eaten as is or mashed as you'd like.
