  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds
  • 3 dried red chillies
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 teaspoon Kashmiri chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1 sprig cilantro for garnishing
