  • ½ cup cold pouring cream

  • 1 ½ tsp powdered gelatine
  • ⅛ cup cold water
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup cold pouring cream
