Ingredients
- subheading: Crust:
- 1 cup almond flour
- ⅓ cup peanut flour
- 3 tbsp sweetener
- 3½ tbsp butter, softened
- note: Set aside ⅓ of the crust dough for the topping
- subheading: Jam:
- ½ cup jam of choice
- subheading: Peanut Butter Filling:
- 10 oz cream cheese or mascarpone cheese
- ½ cup peanut butter
- ¼ powdered sweetener
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- subheading: Topping:
- ⅓ of the crust dough
- Chopped peanuts
- Shaved chocolate or chocolate chips
- subheading: Decoration:
- Whipped cream
- Peanut butter sauce
- Chocolate sauce
Steps
- subheading: Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Combine all ingredients together to form the dough.
- Set aside ⅓ of the amount of the dough for the topping.
- Press ⅔ of the dough into a pie pan, lined with a parchment paper.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
- Allow to cool completely before using
- subheading: Jam Layer:
- Pour jam in the cooled pie crust.
- subheading: Peanut Butter Filling:
- Mix all ingredients together until nice and smooth
- Pour on top of the jam
- subheading: Topping:
- Sprinkle remaining amount of crust dough on top of the filling
- Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until topping golden brown.
- Sprinkle peanuts and chocolate on top.
- Chill for few hours or over night.
