Ingredients
  • 20g Coffee (medium ground)
  • 325ml Water (85 to 88C)
Steps
  1. Brew for 4 mins
  2. Stir, then remove foam and scraps
  3. Stand 3 to 5 mins and then insert plunger just below liquid and pour carefully using plunger as a filter
