Ingredients
  • 1 and ½ pounds sirloin steak, cut into 1-½ inch pieces
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ⅓ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons flat leaf parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ½ of 1 large red onion
  • 4 large bell peppers, whatever variety you'd like (I use 1 red, 1 orange, 1 yellow, and 1 green)
  • Vegetable Oil
  • Fine sea salt and freshly cracked pepper
  • subheading: Basil Sauce:
  • 1 small garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon minced shallot
  • 1 cup packed basil leaves, coarsely chopped
  • 1 and ½ tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ cup olive oil
