Autoimmune Paleo Dinner Rolls
Ingredients
  • 1 and ¼ cups tapioca starch (not cassava flour!)
  • ¼ cup coconut flour, sifted before measuring
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp unrefined finely ground salt
  • ¼ to ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 Tbsp gelatin (green Vital Proteins -- Collagen will NOT work)
  • ⅔ cup filtered water
  • 2 tsp raw apple cider vinegar
  • about 2 to 3 Tbsp olive oil, for brushing roll tops
