Ingredients
  • 1½ cup Almond flour
  • 1 tbsp baking powder
  • 2½ cup Shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 large eggs beaten
Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 400°
  2. Line baking sheet with parchment paper
  3. Stir together almond flour and baking powder. Set aside
  4. Combine mozzarella cheese and cubed cream cheese in a large bowl. Microwave for 2 mins, stirring halfway through.
  5. Stir flour mixture and eggs into melted cheese mix. Working quickly while cheese is hot, knead with hands until dough forms.
  6. Make sure no pieces of cheese separate from ares of almond flour.
  7. Divide dough into six parts form / roll into long log and then press ends together to make a bagel shape.
  8. Bake for 10 to 14 mins until firm and golden brown
