An Opa favorite for family breakfasts.
Servings: 1 batch = approx 25 blenas

Ingredients
- subheading: The night before:
- 4½ cups flour (double is 8½, not 9)
- 4 cups luke warm water
- 1 yeast (or 2 Tbs)
- subheading: In the morning:
- 1 tsp salt
- 4 eggs beaten
- milk
Steps
- subheading: The night before:
- Dissolve yeast in water
- Sift in flour and mix until it makes a medium cake dough thickness.
- Set overnight.
- subheading: In the morning:
- Add salt and eggs (which have been beaten with milk like scrambled eggs) to overnight mixture.
- Add more milk if needed, should be like a thin cake batter.
- Cook on medium high heat on each side.
Notes
- Be sure to grease large frying pan before each blena with plenty of butter.
