  • (4) 15 oz cans assorted beans or 6 cups cooked (any bean combination will work)
  • (1) 15 oz can fire roasted tomatoes with juice
  • ½ cup onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¾ cup bulgur, dry and uncooked
  • ¼ cup worcestershire sauce (without anchovies)
  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 3 cups veggie broth
  • 3 to 4 cups water
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 tsp season salt or to taste
  • 1 Tbsp garlic powder
