Sheila’s Meatloaf
Ingredients
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 slices of toasted bread
  • ½ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1.5 cups cheddar cheese
  • ⅔ cup carrots
  • ⅔ cup onions
  •  
  • subheading: Sauce:
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
Steps
  1. Mix all loaf ingredients
  2. Bake at 350° For 45 minutes
  3. Add sauce
  4. Broil for 10 minutes
