Ingredients
  • 1 cup basmati rice soaked for 15 to 20minutes
  • Dry spices of cardamons, cinnamon and bay leaf.
  • 1 cup of carrots, baby potatoes, french beans, green peas chopped.
  • 2 onions and tomatoes finely chopped.
  • 1tbsp ginger and garlic paste each
  • 5 slit green chillies
  • Spices - turmeric, chilli and coriander and garam powder
  • Coriander leaves and Pudina leaves.
  • Oil, water and salt as per taste and requirement.
