  • 1½ cup cooked white beans, drain and rinse if using canned (I cooked great Northern beans)
  • ½ cup (to 1 cup) water
  • 2-3 Tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 1½ tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp sea salt (optional)
