One-Pot Braised Pork Ragù

  • 2 fresh basil sprigs, plus chopped leaves for garnish
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • Cooked pasta or polenta, for serving
  • Freshly grated Parmigiano-Reggiano, for serving
