  • ½ tsp vanilla or almond extract
  • 1 Egg
  • Lemon Filling-
  • 6 Eggs
  • ¾ cup Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Low Carb Sweetener (I like allulose or lakanto brand)
  • ½ tsp Xanthan Gum
  • Optional) Powdered Low Carb Sweetener
