  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into ½-inch dice
  • 1 sweet onion, cut into ½-inch dice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons minced fresh ginger root
  • ¼ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons sesame seeds
