Ginger-Orange Granola
Ingredients
  • 2 ½ cups rolled oats (I used GF)
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • ⅔ cup almonds
  • ⅓ cup shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • 3 tablespoons hemp hearts, ground flax seeds or chia seeds
  • 1 heaping teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • zest of 1 to 2 oranges, chopped fine or left as is
  • ⅔ to ¾ cups pure maple syrup
  • coconut oil, to grease
