- Pepper to taste

- 1 medium Onion sliced thin and quartered
- 4 Tbsp (60g) of Flour
- 3 Tbsp (45g) of Vegan Butter
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) of Grape Seed Oil
- 3-3/12 cups ( 715ml - 820ml) of Vegetable Broth
- 1 tsp (5g) of Garlic Powder
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) of Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tsp (10ml) of Light Soy Sauce or Tamari
