Ratatouille and White Beans
Ingredients

  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • ¼ c. golden raisins
  • 3 clove garlic

  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • Kosher salt and pepper
  • 1 can cannellini beans
  • ¼ c. fresh basil leaves, sliced
  • 2 tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • Polenta or crusty bread, for serving
