  • 25g butter
  • 1 tbsp wholegrain mustard
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 750g beetroots, trimmed and scrubbed
  • 3 red onions, peeled
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 150ml pot essential Waitrose Soured Cream

  • 1 medium Waitrose British Blacktail Free Range Egg
  • 250ml milk
  • 8 tsp vegetable oil
