  • 2 Tbs low sugar ketchup
  • 1 tsp celery salt
  • 2 cans Tomato Sauce 2 small cans
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 can diced tomatoes and green chilies We used the "Rotel" brand
  • 1 Tbs tomato paste
  • 1 can black soybean optional
  • subheading: Making Your Cornbread Topping:
  • 2 cups almond flour
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • Liquid sweetener to taste if desired
  • ⅔ cup baby corn I used Polar brand, it’s lowest in carbs
