Low-Carb Wilted Chard with Bacon and Garlic
Ingredients
  • 5 slices of bacon, cut into ½ inch pieces
  • 1 Tablespoon butter, ghee or coconut oil
  • 1 medium onion cut in half lengthwise and sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 Tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 bunch chard, washed, dried, with large tough stems removed, and sliced into 1 inch pieces
  • ½ teaspoon salt
