Garlic and Coconut Milk Shrimp
Ingredients
  • 12 large shrimp, size 16/20, raw, peeled, deveined
  • 200 g small shrimp, cooked, peeled
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 large Paris mushrooms, sliced
  • subheading: Sauce:
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sweet and sour sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce or fish sauce (nam pla)
  • 1 tsp sriracha or other chili sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 120 ml white wine
  • 400 ml coconut milk
