Ingredients
  • ⅔ cup almond butter - or cashew butter
  • 3 Tbs coconut flour - + 1 to 2 Tbs more, if needed
  • Zest of 2 small lemons
  • 2 Tbs lemon juice
  • 25 drops liquid stevia - or monkfruit drops
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Dash of pink salt
  • 3 Tbs Coconut flakes and/or coconut flour - for rolling
