Ingredients
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1.5 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon yeast
  • 4 cups of flour
Steps
  1. Kneed dough and rest till doubled in size
  2. Cut into 10 pieces, let sit for 20. Then roll out into approx 24 in long ropes
  3. Shape into the pretzels
  4. Place in lightly boiling water mixed with baking soda for 1 min each
  5. Glaze with egg wash and add salt
  6. Bake for 15 min @ 425
