How to Make Ice Cream with Sour Cream, Buttermilk, or Yogurt
Ingredients
  • Because sour cream has considerably more fat than milk, I made the following adjustment: Instead of 2 cups cream and 1 cup milk, I used 1 ½ cups cream, ½ cup milk, and 1 cup sour cream. The texture was creamy and wonderful and the sour cream flavor was subtle and fabulous.
