Ingredients
  • 2 hearts romaine lettuce , shredded
  • 8 oz grilled chicken, diced
  • ⅓ cup chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 oz chopped salami
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup pecorino Romano cheese, shaved (or Italian cheese)
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup Italian dressing vinaigrette
