Instant Pot Spaghetti Squash Cooked 3 ways by Rich Lum
Ingredients
  • 1 Spaghetti squash
Steps
  1. METHOD 1
  2. Wash the outside of your squash
  3. Poke a few holes in the squash with a knife
  4. Add 1 cup of water and the trivet to your IP. Place the squash on top of the trivet. Close and seal your lid. Set your pot to manual 10 minutes and do a QR when the cook time has ended.
  5. Cut you squash in half..lengthwise or crosswise
  6. Remove the seeds
  7. Use a fork to pull the squash into strands
  8. METHOD 2
  9. Wash the outside of your squash
  10. Add 1 cup of water and the trivet to your IP. Place the squash on top of the trivet. Close and seal your lid. Set your pot to manual 10 minutes and do a QR when the cook time has ended.
  11. Cut you squash in half..lengthwise or crosswise
  12. Remove the seeds
  13. Use a fork to pull the squash into strands
  14. METHOD 3
  15. Wash the outside of your squash
  16. Cut a flat spot on the side of the squash
  17. Cut the stem end off
  18. Stand the squash on its end
  19. Using a large long wide bladed knife cut the squash lengthwise
  20. Remove the seeds
  21. Add 1 cup of water and the trivet to your IP. Place the squash on top of the trivet. Close and seal your lid. Set your pot to manual 10 minutes and do a QR when the cook time has ended.
  22. Use a fork to pull the squash into strands

  • Sometimes I’ll fill the squash with onion and garlic after removing the seeds the cook it as usual..good flavor
