Homemade Yellow Cake Mix (Subtitute 18.25Oz Betty Crocker Box)

Fits in a qt jar. Not quite as “much” cake as White cake mix recipe.
Difference between this and it is whether egg yolks are used.

2 cups all-purpose flour

1 1⁄2 cups sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1⁄2 cup non-fat powdered milk
