Pie Maker Snow Cakes

2 Ingredients!!
Ingredients
  • 1 packet Green’s Vanilla Cake Mix
  • 300mls lemonade
Steps
  1. Add lemonade to the cake mix and combine well. Spoon into pie maker and cook for around 6 minutes.
  2. When cold, cut tops off and fill with whipped cream and strawberry jam. Dust with icing sugar when serving.
Notes
  • You can also use a chocolate cake mix for a bit of variety - and just as delicious.
