8 oz Uncooked string beans , trimmed

4 medium Uncooked carrot(s), peeled and cut into wedges

1 tsp Olive oil

1 1⁄2 tsp Table salt , divided

1 ⁄4 tsp Black pepper

1 clove Garlic clove, finely chopped (1 tsp)

1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard

1 Tbsp Honey

2 chop(s) Uncooked lean boneless pork chop(s), each ¾ inch thick

1 tsp Fresh thyme, for garnish
