  • 2 tbs Unsweetened applesauce [1]

  • 1 tbs Low sugar maple syrup [2]
  • ½ tsp Maple extract
  • 2 tbs Coconut flour
  • Pinch Salt
  • ½ to 1 tbs Sweetener of choice (or to taste) [3]
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • Oat Flour Pancake
  • 1 Large egg white
  • 2 tbs Unsweetened applesauce [1]
  • 1 tbs Low sugar maple syrup [2]
  • ½ tsp Maple extract
  • 3 tbs Oat flour
  • Pinch Salt
  • ½ to 1 tbs Sweetener of choice (or to taste) [3]
  • ½ tsp Baking powder
  • [1] or Greek yogurt
  • [2] or honey
  • [3] or 1 to 3 pkts stevia or sweetener of choice
