Rigatoni with Cherry Tomatoes and Peppers in Parmesan Sauce
Ingredients
  • 270 g rigatoni
  • 1 pepper moderately green chopped
  • 10 cherry tomatoes cut into four
  • 10 white small mushrooms (cut into low and hard stalk)
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 170 ml cream cheese
  • 40 g parmesan cheese 1 hour refrigerator before rubbing)
  • 1 glass of good white wine
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley (save a little at the end)
  • 5 sheets of fresh mint
  • oil & a little lumpy butter unsalted for
  • half a teaspoon of
  • salt and pepper
