Ingredients
  • 1 ½ cup oats
  • 1 cup buckwheat
  • ¼ cup barley
  • ¼ cup pelted wheat
  • ¼ cup red bulgur.
  • ¼ cup peanuts
  • ¼ cup honey
  • Cinnamon

  • Bake at 400° for 15 mins. Mix bake an additional 2 mins. Let cool
  •  
  • Next time I will roll my barley. It’s hard to chew but I’ll roll them out like oats so I can eat raw easier.
  • Added home made cashew milk. And sliced half banana. Amazing
