Ingredients
  • 1 ¼ cups (6 oz.) cherry tomatoes, preferably yellow, cut in half
  • About ½ tsp. kosher salt
  • About ¼ tsp. pepper
  • ⅓ cup walnut pieces
  • 3 cups loosely packed fresh basil leaves
  • 1 cup loosely packed flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ⅓ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 French or whole-grain sandwich rolls, each about 4 oz.
  • 1 ½ cups (9 oz.) mini mozzarella balls (ciliegine, 1 in. wide), drained
