Warm Blueberry Crisp
Ingredients
  • 4 cups fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries ( I use frozen no sugar added blueberries)
  • ½ Tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ cup quick-cooking or old-fashioned oats
  • 2 Tbsp Splenda brown sugar blend or any brown sugar substitute ( Sukrin Gold)
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 Tbsp Land o’ Lakes light butter or any light butter, softened
  • ¾ tsp cinnamon
