Ingredients
  • 4 oz chicken (4 to 6 ounces fresh or can used canned)
  • 8 oz stir fry veggies (frozen or fresh, both work well)
  • ⅓ cup chicken broth
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce (2 to 3 Tbsp soy sauce or 1 or 2 squirts of Braggs Liquid Aminos)
  • 2 tsp dark sesame oil
  • 1 sprinkle crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¾ tsp THM Gentle Sweet (or ¼ tsp THM Super Sweet Blend)
  • ⅛ tsp garlic powder (or to taste)
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 3.5 oz Trim Healthy Rice (optional; ½ package of single serve size, or THM Not Naughty Noodles, drained)
