- 3 sticks butter/margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 3 cups sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 3 cups cake flour
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 1 tsp. almond flavoring
- Cream butter/margarine with cream cheese. Add sugar and beat until fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time and mix well. Add flavorings. Add flour and mix well.
- Bake in greased and floured tube pan in a cold oven, start baking at a moderate oven (325 degrees F) for 1 ½ to 2 hours.
- Test frequently during the last 30 minutes.
