Peanut Butter and Honey Granola
Ingredients
  • 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
  • 2 cups shelled roasted peanuts
  • 1 cup hulled raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup wheat germ
  • 1 ¼ teaspoons kosher salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ cup honey
  • ½ cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1 cup natural peanut butter, smooth or chunky
  • 1 ½ teaspoons vanilla
  • ⅔ cup vegetable or olive oil
  • ¾ cup chopped dried dates
