Ingredients
  • 1 C. Frozen Strawberries (I used sliced)
  • 2 T. Cream Cheese
  • 1 T. Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips
  • ½ C. Unsweetened Almond Milk
  • ½ C. Water
  • 2 T. Truvia
  • 1 tsp. Caramel flavoring
  • Tiny pinch of salt
  • ¼ C. Protein Powder ( I use the protein powder found here because it’s cost effective and has no aftertaste!)
