Ingredients
  • I used 1 ⅓ Tbsp of coconut flour (or you can use 3 tbsp of almond flour), 1 egg, 1 tsp of baking powder, a touch of salt and 1 tbsp of melted butter. Microwave in a microwave safe dish for 90 seconds.
  • And I cured my craving! Voila! Turkey and cheese sandwich, this is how I broke my fast!! :)
