  • 2 tablespoons sage leaves (finely chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (peeled, minced)
  • 1 cup arborio rice
  • 1 cup white wine
  • ¼ cup parsley (to garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
