  • 1 tablespoon custard powder or fine cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs, room temperature

  • 90g/3ozs butter
  • 90g/3ozs brown sugar
  • 90ml/3flozs coconut cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • ¼ teaspoon fine salt
