  • 1 cup pumpkin (not pumpkin pie filling - pure pumpkin)
  • 1 organic egg
  • ¾ cup cooked quinoa
  • 1 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 Tbsp unsweetened organic applesauce
  • 2 small scoops stevia
