Nana's Beef Tips with Noodles

  • 2 ½ to 3 c water, reserve broth after simmering

  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
  • ⅛ to ¼ tsp Lawry's seasoning salt, to taste
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 ½ to 3 c reserved beef broth from cooked stew meat
  • 1 can beef broth (14.5 oz)
  • ⅛ tsp paprika
