Chicken Marinara (oven, slow-cooker, or stovetop)
Ingredients
  • 6 chicken thighs - bone in or boneless
  • 1 yellow onion - sliced
  • 1 bell pepper - sliced (any color)
  • 1 32 ounce marinara sauce - get the good stuff
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • salt and pepper to taste - this will vary based on the sodium in your marinara
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
